Teen yoga
We provide teen yoga classes in education settings - secondary schools and colleges as well as teen classes and workshops.

We are qualified with Teen Yoga and provide teenagers with vital skills for life with our yoga classes.

In secondary education settings we offer yoga topics, themes and physical and breathing/mindful activities specific to this age group. We can provide a progressive series of lessons that run for one term up to a year (three terms) and is relevant to young people today. We can also offer one-off workshops and classes tailored to specific needs. Our teen classes create space for young people to just be, giving them time out from daily stresses and a space to tune in and move with sequencing, postures, partner postures, breathing and relaxation techniques. Following relevant themes such as de-stress, compassion, joy, boundaries, community, and checking in, we aim to empower teens to be the drivers of their own wellbeing.

Wellness days for whole school - half or full day
Exam preparation - mindfulness and calm classes
