About Me
Hi there! I'm Christina, the proud owner of CK Yoga Kids and I’m so glad you’re here!
My yoga journey started in a pretty unusual way. When I was a kid, I went to a very different kind of school where we learned things like Sanskrit, meditation, and ancient stories from long ago. While it was interesting, I didn’t feel like me there.
Later on, as a young adult, I realised I wanted to feel more alive, joyful, and connected. That’s when I started exploring all kinds of amazing movement and healing practices - like yoga, dance, art therapy, somatic movement, and more. Each one helped me feel a little more like myself.
Yoga, especially, became my superpower! It helped me build a strong and flexible body, and also to understand my feelings, calm my busy mind, and feel peaceful even when things around me were tricky. I discovered that peace isn’t something you find outside, it’s something you can grow inside.
Now, it feels really special to return to the yoga I first learnt as a child - but this time with love, laughter, and lots of curiosity. Becoming a kids yoga teacher is like coming home. I get to share all the magical tools I’ve collected along the way to help kids feel strong, calm, and connected - just like I did (and still do!).
Let’s move, breathe, and grow together!
