Our Mission

At CK Yoga Kids, our mission is to inspire children through fun and mindful movement that nurtures their mental health and wellbeing and provides connection and community. By fostering a sense of calm and confidence, we empower the next generation to embrace their unique journey toward wellness.

Classes

We provide yoga and mindfulness for children from early years to teens in nurseries, preschools, primary and secondary schools and in our local communities.  

Yoga for Early Years

Fun, engaging, story-led yoga sessions including movement, music and sensory activities alongside mindfulness and relaxation.

Yoga in Schools

Introducing the key themes of yoga using fun activities such as partner yoga, yoga games and mindful activities. 

Teen Yoga

Providing space to move and be, at a time when young people are experiencing a lot of change, yoga offers the vital tool of movement, connection and mindful relaxation.

Community Yoga

Yoga for families and children in the local community in Lewes, Sussex and surrounding areas
